Hiring Process Overview
Interview #1
Initial Screen
Let’s get to know each other a bit! We take our culture very seriously here at Carrot, so during this interview, we’ll mainly be evaluating if we’ll be a good fit for each other. We’ll also dive into your career aspirations a bit and gauge alignment with the outcomes of the open role.
Interview #2
Deep Dive
We’ll take a deep dive into the previous roles you’ve held so that we can learn more about your skill set and previous work experiences.
Interview #3
Focused Interview
During this interview, we’ll take the outcomes & competencies that we’ve outlined for the role and learn more about your accomplishments & insights in each specific area.
Test Project
(as necessary)
Some roles here at Carrot necessitate a test project. We’ll send you more details via email if it’s something we’d like you to do with us!
Receive An
Offer
If you’re the perfect match for the role, we’ll extend an offer to you verbally and follow up with an official offer letter!
Communication
During the hiring process, we’ll do our best to keep you updated every step of the way. We typically decide who we’d like to begin interviewing within 2-3 weeks of a position being opened. From there, we aim to communication post-interview next steps within 1-2 business days.
