Hiring Process Overview

Thank you for your interest in working at Carrot! We are excited about the opportunity to get to know you better. We’re all about transparency here at Carrot, so we want to give you a look at what you expect during this hiring process.

Interview #1: Culture + Logistics

Let’s get to know each other a bit! We take our culture very seriously here at Carrot, so during this interview we’ll mainly be evaluating if you will be a fit for that.

Interview #2: Skillset + Technical Competencies

We’ll ask you some more role-specific questions and dive into your experiences and skillset.

Personality Assessments

We’ll ask you to take the Kolbe Index and the Enneagram.

Test Project

We’ll craft a test project for you so that we can more deeply understand your skillset.

Interview #3: CEO

You’ll interview with our CEO, Trevor, and possibly other members of our Leadership team.
